Today I baked Nigella’s Chocolate Fudge Cake for my brother’s birthday!
Today I made Julia Child’s Clafoutis but I didn’t have any cherries so intead I used some strawberries…..DELICIOUS!
Noncooks think it’s silly to invest two hours’ work in two minutes’ enjoyment; but if cooking is evanescent, so is the ballet.
I have only one rule in the kitchen…..If it tastes good, eat it.
